Hello. My name is Robert “Bob” Riebe, and I am the Practice Administrator for Dr. O’Flanagan’s office. I bring over 40 years of experience in corporate management, business development, marketing and customer service from the aviation/aerospace, marine and medical fields. This office has an established and well-respected 5-star staff that delivers 5-star service and care to every patient. We are not now, nor will we ever become a corporate dental practice! Our only objective is to improve our patient’s life by providing the absolute best possible quality and ethical dental care. Dr. O’Flanagan and her staff have created a “caring environment” where they take the time to develop a relationship based upon educating every patient and offering them all available options for their specific situation. To this end, I look forward to assisting this team with every means possible to maintain the high level of satisfaction which our patients have come to expect!

I have been in the dental field for 12 years. I love working with Dr. O’Flanagan and her team. Here we all feel like a family and we strive to give all our patients a 5 star service. I enjoy greeting our patients, working with them, and getting to know them. As an office manager my goal is to make all of our patients feel welcome and build trusting relationships.



I was born in Cuba and raised in Miami. I am a proud mom of an amazing little girl. I enjoy spending time with my family on the weekends and I take advantage of our beautiful Miami, beach weather.

I have been in dentistry for 3 years; I enjoy my position as a front office dental receptionist where I can utilize my experience and connect with all patients. I am fluent in English and Spanish. Outside of work I like to spend time with my Fiancé John and My Dog Louie. My hobbies are reading, meditating, and coloring.

Hi, I’m Lauren. I’ve been a dental hygienist for over 14 years. Being a hygienist is very rewarding for me. I really enjoy getting to know my patients personally while taking care of their oral health.

Hello, my name is Yuli. I am the lead dental assistant at Dr. O’Flanagan’s office. I received my certification as a dental assistant and expanded duties from south Miami dental school. I have been in the dental field for 10 years. My goal is to bring a gentle and caring touch to all my patients, making them comfortable and relaxed while providing the optimum level of care. I was born in Cuba, my passion for dentistry stems from the education I received living in Cuba. On my spare time I study for my dental boards. I have a loving and supportive husband; I enjoy going to the beach and dancing.

Hi, I’m Karla. I am a Certified Dental Assistant at Dr. Maureen O ’Flanagan’s office. I am fluent in Spanish and English, I was born in Venezuela, in a very busy city called Caracas. My background in Hospitality is my biggest strength because I am a very detail orientated person, always open to help. On my spare time, I love to listen to music, read and spend time with my husband.
